At our store, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with each and every artwork  that you purchase. Please read through the following terms and conditions before making a purchase.

Return and Refund Eligibility :

Due to any reason if you want to return the artwork, please contact us within 48 hours from the date of delivery on anidaartworks811@gmail.com.

Once acknowledged by AnidaArtWorks team during the next few working days, please send the product back to us yourself. Do not forget to take the acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his/her signature and mobile number. AnidaArtWorks will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

The artwork must be returned by the customer in its original form and packaging. Kindly note, once the artwork is received back at the store, there will be a through inspection done by the team and if everything looks fine, a refund will be issued.


The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

For hassle-free returns, we recommend you to take a video while opening the packaging in case of any damage/defect that may have occurred during transit.
